Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure and stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 meters in length. The aluminum body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration when opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetric and asymmetric gates thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of each gate leaf.
