Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release operated by a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, fast travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of each leaf.
