Control unit with contactors for one 400/230V three-phase/single-phase motor, up to 2 HP, for high-speed folding doors. For use with limit switches only. Timing is automatic; the brake is controlled by the presence/absence of 230V. Radio decoding ready. Electronic obstacle detection (current sensing), four selectable operating modes, and passage detection. The control unit has two buttons for directly opening and closing the automation system. Inputs: start/timer, open, close, photocell during opening and closing, photocell test, pedestrian, stop. Control board only; enclosure not included.
This control unit has been designed with carefully selected components and the key functions required for safe industrial automation, and is assembled with contactors and a zero-crossing circuit. Inputs can be disabled via DIP switches. Operating logic: passage detection, hold-to-run, and lock adjustment with electronic monitoring of motor current draw via a trimmer, which can be disabled. It is also possible to disable the photocell during the final section of closing and activate "AIRLOCK" operating mode: the TEST-FOTO outputs activate the opening of the other control unit, while the gate-open indicator outputs inhibit the other control unit via STOP.
