BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal structure, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR operators require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release using the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for operating 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with quick, easy travel adjustment and adjustable delay for the second leaf.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, with independent adjustment of each leaf's travel.
