BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 2.5 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the second leaf delay can also be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
