Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. Its aluminium body and bronze gear core ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock, and features a convenient release using the triangular key located on the motor unit.
