Electromechanical linear actuator for shared residential use, with an all-metal structure and stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear assembly ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
