Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure.
Once correctly installed, BHC automation systems require virtually no maintenance; installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 400 kg and measuring no more than 3.50 metres in length; the aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock; it has a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
