BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require no further maintenance, as they are virtually maintenance-free. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear components ensure a long service life.
The actuator maintains the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of each leaf.
