BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Electromechanical linear actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation requires no modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring up to 3.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without the need for an electric lock; convenient key release is located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the delay for the second leaf.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, with independent control of each leaf's travel.
