BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 operators require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear components ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock; convenient release with a key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the delay of the second leaf can also be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, with the ability to control the travel of each leaf independently.
