Runs over a wear-resistant brass pulley; inside the housing, it is wound around a nylon roller with cam-shaped edges. The cord moving over the cams causes a series of contact openings/closings (approximately six for every 18 cm of cord); opening and closing the contact generates pulses of approximately 4/6 mS. (Requires the SV-MSI pulse counter amplifier). Suitable for protecting roller shutters and doors against cutting, tearing, and lifting. Nylon housing. IP30 protection rating.
