Delivery
- - 2-4 working days, in case of immediate availability of the product.
- - 10-15 working days if the product is finished e must be ordered.
The days are starting from:
- Order date In case of payment via credit card, Paypal, mark;
- Credit date in the bank in case of payment via bank transfer;
- Payment Copy Reception date to be sent to the email comm@dieffematic.it in case of payment via Recharge your Postepay.
When the package is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email from orders@dieffematic.it with a link to follow your order inside.
Payment methods
After selecting this payment mode and confirmed the order you will receive an e-mail with the details to make the bank transfer.
In order to ensure that your payment is correctly identified, we invite you to indicate the order number in the reason for the bank transfer.

This method of payment provides for a supplement of € 7. Payment can be made in cash up to € 3000, beyond this amount it will be possible to pay with a circular check.
Edit or order cancellation
Once the order is placed you can request cancellation by writing an e-mail tocomm@dieffematic.it specifying the order number.
You will receive an e-mail on your annulment request.
If your order cannot be canceled you can refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery or remain the items by making the return.
Once the order is placed you can request the change of the delivery address by writing an e-mail to comm@dieffematic.it.
In order concluded it is not possible to add articles. You will have to request the cancellation of your order and make a new one.
Rendered and reimbursement
Write an e-mail to info@dieffematic.it indicating the order number, briefly specifying the problem and attaching photos of the defective or damaged product.
You will receive an answer with the indications to follow.
You can exercise the right of withdrawalWithin 14 days starting from the day of receipt of the order provided that:
- - the article has not been used and is returned within the original packaging, in good condition and suitable to be put on sale again;
- - the return form is inserted inside the packageDownload here;
In the absence of these conditions, the refund will be partial or absent.
The direct costs of the return of the goods will be the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a return of damaged or incorrect articles, in the latter cases you can write an e-mail toinfo@dieffematic.it

If you receive an incorrect article, write an e-mail toinfo@dieffematic.it.
You will receive the indications on how to make the return within 24/48h work.
If an article is missing in your purchase, write an e-mail toinfo@dieffematic.it and specifies which product is missing. You will receive an answer within 24/48h working.
You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
The refund will take place using the same payment method if this was made by credit card/paypal.
In case of payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery or refill, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated on the return form sent to us within the package together with the product made.
The additional cost of the mark service will not be reimbursed.
Warranty
The products purchased on the sitewww.dieffematic.it they are covered by a guarantee.
THEConsumer customers (i.e. subjects who acquire good for their own personal use, regardless of the economic, professional or entrepreneurial activity carried out) benefit from theLegal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 and ss. of the consumer code.
The legal guarantee applies to conformity defects that occurwithin 24 months from the delivery of the product.
In order to assert the guarantee, the consumer customer must:
- Keep and exhibit the purchase receipt;
- Denounce the defect of conformity within two months of its discovery.
The aimed at asserting the defects of conformityIt is prescribed within the maximum term of 26 months (24 months plus 2 from the discovery)from the delivery of the product.
The products purchased on the sitewww.dieffematic.it they are covered by a guarantee.
THEprofessional customers (i.e. the natural or legal persons who act in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional activity) will benefit from the guarantee for defects of the thing sold pursuant to art. 1490 and ss. c.c ..
In order to assert the guarantee, the consumer customer must:
- - keep and exhibit the borrowing;
- - denounce the defect in compliance within 8 days of its discovery.
The aimed to assert the guarantee for vices yesprescribes 12 months from the delivery of the product purchased and the related defects must be reported in the terms referred to in art. 1495 c.c.
Tax deductions - subsidized VAT
To obtain the deductions, it is nesessario to make the payment by bank transfer from which they are coming:
- - reference to the standard (article 16-bis of Presidential Decree 917/1986);
- - tax code of the beneficiary of the deduction;
- - Tax code or VAT number of the payment beneficiary (NS VAT 02264070687)
As a causal or invoice number we ask you to enter the order number.
Upon receipt of the bank transfer, an invoice is issued in which the description of the products purchased and the reference to the order number entered in the reason is present.
