Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate in both the closed and open positions without the need for an electric lock, and features a convenient release operated by a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
