• The operator features LED lighting instead of an incandescent bulb.
• It features automatic adjustment of the impact sensor, with self-programming on every cycle, to anticipate increased friction over time and always reverse movement in the event of an impact, including during the slowdown phase, in compliance with the values specified by the standard.
• The system complies with EN 12453:2022 with regard to impact forces and allows an installation compliant with EN 13241 without safety edges, provided the up-and-over door is balanced.
• A step-by-step control button is fitted as standard on the cover (open, stop, close, stop, ...).
• The control unit and remote controls can be programmed quickly once the motor is installed and the door is closed, using only the button on the cover.
• It features a square tube passing through the motor for faster, more economical installation without welding.
• The internal gears are made of C40 steel, aluminium and bronze, without using Teflon, nylon or plastic.
• To protect the mechanism from sudden jerks and limit internal play, BOSS is fitted with a special internal belt (patent no. 0000267203), ensuring consistently quiet, smooth and safe operation.
