Linear electromechanical actuator for communal use, with an all-metal structure.
Once correctly installed, BH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. Its aluminium housing and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator maintains the gate in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
