Linear electromechanical actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 3.80 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator requires an electric lock for the gate leaves.
