High-security magnetic contact for surface-mounted indoor installations.
The 1000 series, with its elegant anodized aluminum housing, is the established standard in specifications for anti-theft systems in banks, shopping centers and all environments where maximum perimeter protection is required. It features protection against magnetic, electrical and mechanical break-ins. The double- or triple-balanced magnetic circuits, in which the various reed switches engage with the magnetic fields generated by sets of magnets, are unbalanced when an external break-in magnet approaches, thereby triggering the alarm. Wire protection is provided by a tamper loop and a plastic-coated steel sheath.
Model 1021-CSA offers the highest level of security, with microswitch anti-tear protection and an anti-tamper loop for both the reed switch and magnet sections (4 wires total on the magnet section). All versions are equipped with metal anti-unscrewing caps.
