Lifespan/Resistance
The average lifespan of an LED lamp is estimated at around 50,000 hours, compared with 1,000 hours for an incandescent bulb. LEDs are much more resistant to impacts, vibrations and voltage fluctuations than traditional lamps. LEDs are not affected by constant switching on and off.
This makes them ideal for the flashing light.
Luminous efficacy
The luminous efficacy of a light source is the ratio of luminous flux to input power, expressed in lumens/Watt. The LEDs used have a luminous efficacy of 110 lm/W, compared with 13 lm/W for incandescent bulbs.
