Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal structure, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance; installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length; the aluminium body and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator remains locked when closed and open without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release using the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, fast travel adjustment; possibility of adjusting the delay of the second leaf.
Slowdown on opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of the leaves.
