Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing up to 350 kg and measuring up to 2.5 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear core ensure long service life.
The actuator locks in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release with the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of each leaf.
