Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal construction.
Once correctly installed, BH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length; the aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock for the leaves, and features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for operating 1 or 2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the delay for the second leaf can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, as the travel of each leaf can be controlled independently.
