Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure.
Once correctly installed, BH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation requires no modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length; the aluminium housing and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator maintains the lock in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves, with convenient release using a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control leaf travel.
