Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure and stainless steel shaft.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling ½ swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with quick and easy travel adjustment; the delay of the second leaf can also be adjusted.
Deceleration when opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the independent adjustment of each leaf's travel.
