Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. Its aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling ½ swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the second-leaf delay.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the independent adjustment of each leaf's travel.
