Electromechanical linear actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE operators require no further attention, as they need virtually no maintenance. Installation requires no modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock, and features a convenient release using a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
