Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminum rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 meters in length. The aluminum body and bronze gear components ensure long service life.
The actuator remains locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and adjustable delay for the second leaf.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to independent control of each leaf's travel.
