The CROMO underground gear motor automates new or existing swing gates.
Thanks to its ease of installation, using the gear motor requires no changes to the gate's appearance or operation, making it particularly popular for automating historic gates.
The gear motor consists of a single aluminium block containing the reduction gear unit and electric motor; both operate continuously in an oil bath and are enclosed in a watertight IP67 steel housing.
The gear motor is suitable for operating gates weighing up to 500 kg, with a leaf length of 2.50 m (when installed with an electric lock).
The CROMO gear motor is supplied in the locked (NON-REVERSIBLE) version.
