SB-CEP Electronic key for Benel Norma 4 and Norma 8 control panels, for PROXI and ECLIPSE series readers. The reader is equipped with an inductive transmitter and receiver. When energized by the reader, the key transmits random codes, which are read and accepted by the processor to activate the devices. Inserting a counterfeit key or one that has not been stored in the reader will trigger a tamper alarm. At the factory default setting, the processor is configured to accept blank activators, and the key is programmed with a new random code to ensure an adequate level of security.
