Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automatic systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. It features convenient release using a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to set the delay for the second leaf.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, with independent control of each leaf's travel.
