Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear assembly ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the ability to control the travel of each gate leaf independently.
