Linear electromechanical actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gear components ensure long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
