Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel shaft.
Once correctly installed, BHE operators require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 meters in length. The aluminum body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator maintains the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the second leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of the leaves.
