Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance, and installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 meters in length. The aluminum housing and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 swing gates.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick stroke adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control the travel of each leaf.
