The IXIO-D is a dual-technology detector for opening and protecting automatic sliding doors, used worldwide since 2012. Artek inside provides a comfortable opening experience, while the infrared curtains protect people from any contact with the doors. The IXIO-D ensures the safety of the leading edge and door threshold while closing. Combined with the IXIO-S for side safety during opening, it offers a complete solution for sliding doors that complies with the EN 16005 and DIN 18650 safety standards.

Artek inside, developed and manufactured by BEA, takes radar technology to the next level. It inherits the stability and reliability of our radar sensors, opening doors only when necessary.
Reliable safety
The three-dimensional safety field consists of high-density infrared curtains that protect users from any contact with the doors. The flexible infrared field can be adapted to all types of sliding doors and remains stable in any environment and weather conditions.
Energy savings
Thanks to the unidirectional radar field, the door closes sooner for greater energy efficiency. The cross-traffic filter is optimized to reduce unwanted openings caused by pedestrians passing by.
Intuitive installation
Thanks to the multilingual LCD screen, the sensor can be configured in just a few clicks. The angle of the infrared curtains can be easily adjusted with the help of 4 spots visible on the ground.
