BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 operators require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 m in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear core ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock; convenient key release located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the delay before the second leaf moves.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
