Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!

The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 meters in length. Its aluminum body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
