Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal structure, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length; the aluminium body and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock; it has a convenient release operated by a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the second leaf delay.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to independent adjustment of the leaf travel.
