DESCRIPTION:
Indoor/outdoor PVC plate. Screen-printed "Video Surveillance Area" sign, approved in accordance with current regulations.
Under Article 13 of the personal data protection legislation (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003), the regulations currently in force on video surveillance require any organization with premises monitored 24 hours a day by video surveillance cameras to provide adequate notice using a clearly visible information sign. This sign must identify the organization citizens can contact to exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, or object to the data contained in the recordings.
