Dieffematic It ships by express courier TNT, BRT, and Fedex.
Delivery time
The withdrawal from our warehouses takes place from Monday to Friday by 16.00. Therefore, each order placed after 16.00 is sent the next working day and the courier delivers on average in 1-2 working days.
The courier carries out, for each shipment, a first and second delivery attempt. In the event that, even to the second attempt, the recipient is absent, the shipment will be kept in stock at the headquarters of the Corriere of competence in the area, and the customer will be contacted byDieffematic for any junction.
The shipments are delivered during the day, indicatively between 8:30 and 18:30, excluding holidays.
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and, in any case, not altered, in the closure. Any problems must be contested by the courier.

For shipments abroad EU with special destinations or for voluminous orders, we will provide quotations on request.
Extra -foreign EU:
Varies according to the country of destination, calculated in order forwarding.
For expenses abroad with non -EU with special destinations or for voluminous orders, we will provide prices on request.
Therecash on delivery provides for a supplement of7 euro, regardless of the amount of the order.In case of refusal of the product to product already shippedDieffematic reserves the right to ask you for compensation for the costs incurred, equal to 20.00 euros plus VAT for delivery, stock and return costs.
