The MTC500E flush-mounted module is a wired electronic device with flasher function for controlling lights, for loads up to 500W. The time interval between two flashes is customizable with values between 0.2 seconds and 25 seconds.
The flashing module is ideal for managing Christmas decorations, pedestrian areas, monuments and risk locations, and can be controlled by a time programmer or a simple switch, thanks to its potential-free contact.
It is possible to centralise the management of multiple MTC500Es via pilot wire, using the CVI50 accessory (code 5454805).
Thanks to the "soft start / soft stop" function, it limits the inrush current during the switch-on phase of the light load, thus increasing the life of the lamp and the buttons.
The module features the following integrated electronic protections: in the event of a short circuit on the load (with automatic recovery after the fault has been eliminated) and double thermal protection with power interruption. It is also immune to mains disturbances up to 1.5 kV and 100% waterproof and can therefore also be installed outdoors.
It also allows control via a low voltage button (12 or 48 V), both DC and AC, with the addition of the ADBT accessory.
