SLH = SELF LEARNING HOPPING code: the code changes each time the transmitter is used. An algorithm recognizes and validates signals only from transmitters coded by the receiver.
Advantages: cloning is virtually impossible. Coded transmitters can be duplicated, even remotely from the receiver, using the patented SELF LEARNING system (transmitter-to-transmitter), simply by pressing the buttons in a specific sequence.
LR = LONG RANGE: the transmitters can cover almost DOUBLE the current distance thanks to an additional FAAC patent on the electronics. Each time a button on the SLH LONG RANGE transmitter is pressed, it senses the surrounding environment in real time (e.g. hand position, presence of electrical interference, etc.) and automatically reconfigures the electronics to maximize radiated power with each transmission. Fully compatible with previous SLH models.
A MASTER remote control is required for duplication:
1. Press and hold the first two buttons on the MASTER remote control already programmed to the receiver simultaneously until its LED flashes. Release both buttons.
2. While the LED is flashing, hold the MASTER remote control already programmed to the receiver facing the NEW remote control (to be coded).
3. On the MASTER remote control (already programmed to the receiver), while the LED is still flashing, press and hold the first button you want to duplicate. Its LED will light up steadily.
4. Press the corresponding button on the new remote control (to be coded) and release it only when its LED has flashed twice.
5. Release the MASTER remote control (already programmed to the receiver).
6. Repeat the procedure for all the buttons you want to duplicate.
