Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM automatic systems require no further attention, as they require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.80 metres in length. Its aluminium body and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator requires an electric lock for the gate leaves.
