The infrared barriers with mini optosensors are suitable for installations that require a
less visual impact but at the same time allow you to protect the driveway
safely and reliably.
The circuit part was created according to the most up-to-date standards dictated by the
current regulations making the equipment compliant with category 3 standards of
UNI EN ISO 13849-1 (update of EN954-1).
The need to ensure greater immunity to disturbances in an increasingly environment
polluted by disturbing elements has led to the evolution of both the transmitting and
of the receiving one, based on "single failure resistance" criteria that guarantee the
maintaining safety even in the event of electrical problems.
The management of both the transmitting and receiving parts is implemented through
microcontroller, thus obtaining greater precision in pulse generation
transmitted via infrared which eliminate the risk of blinding.
Technical description
Infrared transmission by digital modulation of the carrier signal.
Possibility to adjust the power of the transmitter by means of a jumper by choosing one
of the three available levels, depending on the flow rate to be covered.
Double relays on receiver, driven with digital control to increase safety
output part (which provides the rest/alarm state).
Possibility to choose the output with pure contact, NC or 8.2 KO.
Possibility to select, by means of a jumper, the number of active beams (only version
double radius).
