Due to the dynamic friction and structural inertia of the roller shutter, the motor's rated capacity must exceed the actual weight of the shutter. To preserve the component's reliability over time and ensure correct operation, we recommend using a motor with a capacity of approximately twice the weight of the curtain (e.g. for a 35-40 kg shutter, this 80 kg model is recommended).
