Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure and a stainless-steel rod.
Once correctly installed, VH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
