Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure.
Once correctly installed, BH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock. It can be conveniently released using the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
