The 1000-N series is suitable for installations in banks (various models certified to IMQ Level 1 and Level 2), shopping centres and public buildings; the internal magnetic circuits are designed to provide double and triple magnetic balancing, offering greater protection against a wide range of mechanical, electrical and magnetic break-in attempts.
The entire series requires no junction boxes, as connections are made internally using terminals. Each model is equipped with a tamper switch to detect cover removal. The fixing nut housing inside the enclosure is designed to accept 16 mm cable glands or conduit fittings (a plastic M16 cable gland is supplied) for cables up to 10 mm in diameter.
The 1021-N offers the highest level of security, with anti-tear protection via a microswitch on both the reed switch and magnet sections, and triple balancing for maximum security.
