Linear electromechanical actuator for communal use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gear core ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock, and features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
