Linear electromechanical actuator for apartment block use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, VH automation systems require virtually no maintenance! Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate.
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear components ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the independent control of each leaf's travel.
